They never fulfilled my order which was placed in November. Theft and a scam

Still waiting on my delivery from 24/11/23 have disputed this with my bank had to order from gain the edge as this was supposed to be a xmas box i have email this company twice but no response

I didn’t receive them . You sent me an email. I told you of this and still you don’t answer. Unprofessional. I will now take this further

I ordered on the 4th November 2023, I never received the the item. Then on the 19th January you tell me my order as been fulfilled in the last 14days and ask me to review... come on its a Joke. Emailed you 5 times and never had a reply, disgusting customer service
